Renfrewshire covers Bishopton, Bridge of Weir, Brookfield, Charleston, Elderslie, Erskine, Ferguslie, Foxbar and Brediland, Gallowhill, Glenburn, Hawkhead and Lochfield, Houston, Howwood. Plum Tree Care was founded in 2022 by Pam. Pam is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in improving underperforming projects with complex stakeholder’s engagement. She has worked with executive teams across the health and social care sector to assist in delivering change projects to enhance profile positioning, optimise stakeholder engagement, change management, and drive organisational productivity, efficiency and profitability. Pam is a seasoned strategic thinker, able to define communications priorities, develop practical plans, build high-performing teams, add structure to undefined pieces of work and deploy substantial budgets cost effectively.
